In Maltarti we take a look at an exhibition that honours the legacy of Charles Gatt, known as ‘is-City’, the father of Maltese jazz music, which showcases his art on the first anniversary of his passing.

F’għeluq is-sena anniversarju minn mewtu, familtu flimkien ma’ RIDT – the University of Malta Research Trust, qed itellgħu wirja b’xogħlu biex jonoraw il-legat tiegħu.
Charle’s known as ‘the father of Maltese jazz’ was also a very talented artist. On the first anniversary of his passing, his family together with RIDT, the University of Malta Research and Development Trust, are holding an exhibition with his work to honour his legacy.
